Have you ever wondered what lies beyond the cliff?
The one that sucks out your life and turns you stiff?
The one you built up with greed and hate?
Well now there’s no reason to debate!
Three years you seek, three years you cry,
From death’s claws your love to pry.
You seek redemption for the soul you lost
To stop and silence the wailing of your past…
You jump and scream, in darkness fall.
You run away from love and all.
And yet, your soul has listened to your tears,
And now it offers the key to release your fears.
One step you take and close your eyes.
The cliff you jumped from has turned to lies!
You think you fell, and yet you fly…
Like a majestic bird soaring through the sky.
It’s not the ground you feared, not even the fall.
You feared the cliff standing proud and tall!
You saw the darkness down below,
And never the skies telling you to go with the flow…
And when you fly, if you look behind…
You’ll see no cliff, just a mountain with a steep climb.
